Wondering How To Prepare These Infused Water Recipes?
- You can infuse the water with just one fruit or a combination of ingredients as per your likes.
- Don’t forget to wash all the ingredients properly before chopping them.
- Slice and cut the fruits, vegetables in any shape of your choice. Harder fruits like cucumbers, apples should be sliced thin as it’s easier for the flavours to explode. For herbs, I mostly chop them small or tear and crush them sometimes.
- Take any bottle, mason jar, container, glass, or jug and pour cool or room temperature water.
- Now add the chopped ingredients into the water and add some ice to it if you like it cold. You can store it in a refrigerator for few hours too.
- The longer the ingredients stay in the water, the stronger will be the flavour. Try to keep it for a minimum of 1- 2 hours to enjoy the diverse tastes.
- For any citrus-infused water, make sure not to keep it for long hours as it might make it too sour to drink.
- Preferably consume the infused water the same day you make it.
